All prints are ink-jet on museum-quality papers such as Museum Etching, Canson Rag and Arches Velin. These papers are designed to meet galleries and museum longevity requirements and ensure consistency of shades for generations. The choice of paper is suggested by the Artist according to his or her preferences.

Guarantee of authenticity
Each limited edition print is numbered and will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity signed by the Artist. The certificate of authenticity will indicate the title of the work, the Artist’s name, and the printing process used the edition number and the date of production.

Guarantee of photographer
By contract, the Photographer warrants that he/she is the sole and exclusive owner of all images and the copyright in these images sold via The Print Atelier.
The Photographer warrants that there shall be no claims by any third party to any of the images and that all required permission and releases have been obtained by the Photographer.

Limitation of guarantee
The Photographer retains the right to print three artist proofs that will be identified as AP/1, AP/2, AP/3. These prints could be included as part of a public exhibition.
The Photographer equally retains the right to publish or to have published photographs sold by The Print Atelier in a book, a magazine, a website or any other media for payment.

Print conformity
The prints are sold as they appear on theprintatelier.com. However, The Print Atelier cannot be responsible for minimal differences deriving from reproduction techniques that may exist between the presented image and the print. Computer screens may differ and the colour and contrasts of the image on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because different types of monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a soft focus or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way for artistic purposes.
